The Band and guests perform freshly-composed works written especially for them by: Christopher Lyndon-Gee; George Quincy; David Shohl; and, Nils Vigeland. Fugal works by Johann Sebastian augment the program and provide compositional models and inspiration for composers, musicians and audience.

This series is made possible by the New York State Council on the Arts, with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York State Legislature.
